At Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo the girls saw a real monkey for the first time...

...and got up close and personal with a giraffe....

But perhaps the most memorable part was the petting zoo.

Birthday Fun

We celebrated the girls' first birthday with family in New Jersey.

Visit with Karen & Ali

The girls had a busy weekend. On Saturday they went to the Metropolitan Museum to take in some art.



It was a bit much for Keira, who wasn't feeling so well when we got back home. Luckily there were kind people to comfort her.


Sunday we hung out in a park with Karen and Ali, who had come to visit from Texas.
