"Transitional Object"

"In human childhood development, a transitional object is something, usually a physical object, which takes the place of the mother-child bond. Common examples include dolls, teddy bears or blankets." (from the Wikipedia article "transitional object")

We tried giving the girls cute and cuddly stuffed animals; however, it appears that Keira has chosen the label on her sheets as her transitional object to cuddle with as she goes to sleep!

Cribs

We have been working on setting up the nursery for the babies. Elephants are featured.
